30 N Michigan Avenue is at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Washington Street in downtown Chicago. Known as the Willoughby building, it also has an entrance at 77 East Washington.
30 N is directly west of Millennium Park’s ice rink and the Cloud Gate sculpture, referred to locally as the “Bean”. 30 N is also directly south of the Chicago Cultural Center, which is the old public library building.
